Ingredients

  1. Plomb
  2. Cooked beef
  3. Boiled carrots
  4. Boiled peas
  5. Green bell pepper
  6. Red bell peppers
  7. Yellow bell pepper
  8. Purple bell pepper
  9. Parsley
  10. Onion
  11. School bonnet
  12. Tandoori masala
  13. Cumin
  14. Coriander
  15. Garam masala
  16. Black pepper
  17. Curry and thyme
  18. Garlic paste
  19. Ginger paste
  20. Seasoning
  21. Oil
  22. Dark soy sauce
  23. Oyster sauce

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot pour water and take it to boil, add your plomb, salt and some oil cook until 90% done, strain in a colander and set aside

    On a medium flame heat up a pan, add oil and onion saute the onion for about 2mins, add scotch bonnet, garlic and ginger sauté for another 2mins

  3. 3

    Add in beef, carrots, peas, seasoning and spices stir fry for 3mins then add in plomb, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce stir everything together and stir fry for 7-10mins

    Add bell peppers and parsley, cover the pan for like 2mins and serve
