  2. Groundnut oil
  3. Salt
  4. maggi
  5. curry
  6. thyme
  7. Pepper
  8. scotch bonnet
  9. onions

    Cut your tofu into desired size, pour it into a pot,

    Add some maggi and salt add water then boil,

  3. 3

    After boiling, leave the tofu in the water for 20 mins then fry it.

  4. 4

    Add your salt, maggi,thyme,curry and stir to make sauce.

  5. 5

    Add your sliced onions and a little water then cover to cook for 1 min. Serve hot🤤

    In a separate pan, add oil, slightly fry your chopped pepper and scotch bonnet,

  7. 7

    Pour your fried tofu into the sauce and stir on a low heat
