Ingredients

  1. 1 kgbeef qeema with fat
  2. 2 tspblack pepper powder
  3. 2 tspcrushed red chilli
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds (roasted & crushed)
  5. 1 tspchilli powder
  6. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. 2 tspcoriander seeds (roasted & crushed)
  9. 2 tspsalt (or to taste)
  10. 1 cuponion (shredded & moisture free)
  11. 3 tbspoil
  12. 2 tbspcorn startch
  13. Fresh coriander
  14. Charcoal
  15. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl add beef qeema, black pepper powder, crushed red chilli, cumin seeds, chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds, salt, oil and mix well.
    (Meat must be moisturized free)

    Add corn startch, fresh coriander and mix well.

  3. 3

    Give coal smoke for 4-5 mins.

  4. 4

    With the help of greased hand, take a mixture and make kababs of equal size.

  5. 5

    In frying pan add oil & partially fry kababs on medium flame from all sides for 3-4 mins.

    Beef seekh kabab is ready..!!

  7. 7

    Served With Green Chutney..!!
