  1. 10Prawns medium size
  2. 5 TBScorn flour
  3. 2egg yolks
  4. 5 tbspflour
  5. 4 tbspwater
  6. Bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes
  7. for frying Oil
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Shell the prawns carefully so that the tails are left unbroken. De-vein and rinse the prawns with water. Pat them dry.

    Make a batter with the flour, egg yolk,salt and a little water.
    bread crumbs or corn flakes in a plate.separate plate for corn flour as well.

    Holding the prawns from its tail, one by one, coat with corn flour then dip the prawns into the batter
    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame.
    Take a few prawns at a time and fry them until golden brown
    Serve at once.
