Ingredients

  1. 10leveled cups all-purpose flour
  2. 500 gcondensed milk
  3. 4 tablespoonsmilk flavor powder
  4. Halfteaspoon salt
  5. 400 MLcold water
  6. 1medium sized grated nutmeg
  7. 600 gmargerine
  8. 1/2 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl

    Cream, sugar and butter until well mixed

  3. 3

    Add the milk to the creamed sugar and butter and mix well

  4. 4

    Add the water into the butter and sugar mix

  5. 5

    Make a hole in the middle of the flour and add the liquid mix

  6. 6

    Mix well to form a dough

  7. 7

    Transfer to a pastry mat or flat surface and mold well

  8. 8

    Cut dough in sections and roll out flat using a rolling pin

  9. 9

    Use a pizza cutter to slice through dough

  10. 10

    Cut in cubes

  11. 11

    Preheat your vegetable oil and deep fry (don’t add too much flour to try making your cut dough not to stick, by the time you pour it into the oil and start frying, it would separate easily)

    Fry until almost golden brown

    Remove and drain in a sieve
