Christmas very crunchy chin chin

Just because it’s Christmas I took my time to measure out this recipe 😀 to show you all how I make very crunchy and delicious chin chin. (Feel free to reduce the sugar quantity as desired 👍🏼. Merry Christmas in advance Foodies 🥳🎄🎅
Cooking Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl

Cream, sugar and butter until well mixed

Add the milk to the creamed sugar and butter and mix well

Add the water into the butter and sugar mix

Make a hole in the middle of the flour and add the liquid mix

Mix well to form a dough

Transfer to a pastry mat or flat surface and mold well

Cut dough in sections and roll out flat using a rolling pin

Use a pizza cutter to slice through dough

Cut in cubes

Preheat your vegetable oil and deep fry (don’t add too much flour to try making your cut dough not to stick, by the time you pour it into the oil and start frying, it would separate easily)

Fry until almost golden brown

Remove and drain in a sieve
