Mix flour with sugar then add magerine and mix to combine, add egg, milk and water gradually while mixing. When the normal chin chin dough is achieved allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.

Take it out and alow to coo and serve or store for later consumption

Cut your desired shape and line in a grease pan, brush the top of the chin chin with little oil. Bake in pre heated oven for 15 minutes or when it turns slightly
