The ratio of ingredients for this recipe are the same as other standard cookie cutter recipes. This recipe for sablé cookies is even easier than the recipe that I had made before. Cute Little Doughnut Bites Cute Little Doughnut Bites
When I make regular old fashioned doughnuts in a tray, they are so prone to breaking up.These small ones are easy for small children to eat, yet it's adult-like and they are bite sized. They are easy to make and everyone can enjoy them.Since the shape is a bit chunky, it's better to make a circle of oil and gently move them around, rather than turning them over and over. Also they all turn out the same color. If you use a 18 x 27cm plastic bag, it's better than using a dough bag because when you roll it out the thickness will be just right. Chocolate Cookies with 5-Minute Dough Chocolate Cookies with 5-Minute Dough
I modified "Easy 5-Minute Dough for Crunchy Shortbread",, to include more cocoa powder and give it a richer, more chocolatey flavour. The chocolate flavour is so rich that I decided to half the amount made. They may look like ice box cookies, but this cookie dough only contains 30 g butter. Be careful not to add too much egg. Of course you can still make these cookies deliciously the normal way by creaming the butter and sugar, adding the egg, and folding in the flour. Feel free to cut the dough out with cutters too. Just Mix and Bake Basic Plain Muffins Just Mix and Bake Basic Plain Muffins
I love scones, but I was wondering about the difference between scones and muffins. That's how I came up with this recipe. When adding the egg, make sure it doesn't separate, do so in small batches. After adding the powdered ingredients, make sure you don't mix too much. Don't worry even if it's a little floury. Adding milk in small batches makes it easier to blend together.
