Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, sift your flour, baking powder, salt and add sugar. Mix and keep aside.

Crack your eggs in a separate bowl, add milk, oil and flavor, whisk together. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Heat up oil and scoop the batter into hot oil. Fry both sides on medium heat until golden brown.

Remove and drain excess oil. Enjoy.
