Ingredients

10 minutes
  1. 1 cupcucumber chunks
  2. 1small cup capsicum pieces
  3. 1small cup tomato pieces without seeds
  4. 1small cup boiled potato & paneer pieces
  5. 1 tea spoonolive oil & lemon juice
  6. 1/2 tea spoonblack salt, black pepper & mint powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Potato & paneer roast for 2 min.

    In a cup add oil, lemon juice,salt, pepper & mint powder. Mix it proper.

    Now mix all ingredients proper. Garnish it with some seeds before serve.

    Healthy & tasty salad is ready for everyone.
