My favorite cookie light and airy crispy on the edges and colorful great for kids and people who just like sprinkles and easy to make and it might sound weird but since I made this a 11am when I had a craving for cookies it involves tub butter instead of stick (how many it makes depends on how big you scoop)

Ingredients

14 minutes
5 people
  1. 3 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  3. 2large eggs
  4. 1 tbspvanilla
  5. 2 tspbaking soda
  6. As many sprinkles as you want
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 1 1/3 cuptub butter

Cooking Instructions

14 minutes

    Pre-heat oven to 350 line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. 2

    Add butter,sugar,salt to a large bowl and mix for about 1 minute or until incorporated

  3. 3

    Add eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated and mostly smooth

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl add flour and baking soda mix together and slowly add mixture to the butter mixture when done should be a batter then fold in sprinkles

  5. 5

    Scoop onto sheet and bake for 14 minutes or until puffy and slightly brown at the edges adjust cook time accordingly let cool and enjoy
