I make this not just for the Christmas season, but also at other times of the year.It is easy and cute, so my kids bring them as gifts when they visit their friends' houses. It is sweet and delicious.I always use margarine for cake as it is soft to mix and reasonably priced, but of course you can use butter instead. If you have cornstarch, use half cornstarch and half cake flour. It makes for a lighter texture. These will be pretty fragile just after baking, so please be gentle. Recipe by Nyanyadeko. cookpad.japan -

Another name for this dish is boule de neige. It is a simple recipe but ideal for a nice present. I've always been interested in this flavor but couldn't find the right combination of ingredients until this recipe.Almond flour makes the texture crisp and light. If you over-knead, the almond flour will release oil and become a sticky dough. This cookie is not so sweet, so if you want a sweeter taste then add 10g more sugar. Recipe by Kototama cookpad.japan -
