EASY SIMPLE SOFT COOKIES

Just tried this recipe for the first time this past week. Too good and easy to not share.

I love to have something sweet to eat with my every evening hot tea, so I am sharing with you my easy cookies recipe

as a kid I loved peanut butter cookies & these are the ones my mom always made me. she passed the recipe to me & I want to share them with all of you. (: also note that I use JIF p.b. because it's the perfect consistency, and if the pb. is too thin, they wont work quite the same.

I made an easier version of a recipe I found in a recipe book I read a long time ago.The cookies are delicious if you add 40 g chopped walnuts at Step 2. It's easy to coat the cookies with powdered sugar if you put the cookies and sugar in a plastic bag and shake. Adjust baking time depending on your oven. Both salted and unsalted butter are good for this, so use whichever you'd prefer. Recipe by Mirusuke.

I wanted to use almond flour to make cookies for my daughter.If you set the toaster to 13 minutes and start the clock from there, by the time you have finished positioning the dough on the baking tray, there will be about 11 minutes left to bake and the toaster will be pre-heated as well.The baking time depends on the thickness of you cookies, so adjust accordingly. I revised a shortbread recipe, which I used to bake in a café in Canada. It's such an easy ratio of ingredients, so once you bake these cookies, you can make them without looking at the recipe. Feel free to adjust the amount of the ingredients as well. They can be made in 20 minutes!Once you have flipped the baking pan, keep an eye on the cookies so that they don't burn. Take the baking pan out of the oven when the cookies are light brown on the edges, and cook through with the residual heat. Best soft and Chewy cookies I've ever made!

I had a sudden craving for cookies, so tried to make them with ingredients I had on hand.As this recipe does not call for eggs, the dough might be difficult to handle. When rolling out the dough, place the dough between 2 sheets of plastic wrap, and cut it out on top of the plastic wrap. If cutting out the dough is troublesome, you could just shape them into balls with your hands. You could use margarine instead of butter, but the dough tends to get crumbly, making it more difficult to cut out. Recipe by Orenjiringu
