Ingredients

  1. 1 canchickpeas (drained)
  2. 1/3 cuppb fit powder (powdered peanut)
  3. 1/4 cupMaple syrup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

    Refrigerate it's great on
    toast, sweet potatoes,fruit, vegetables basically everything great as is as well.
