1large egg
1 tablespoonpure vanilla extract
3 tablespoonsflour
3 tablespoonbrown sugar
1/2 cupdark chocolate chips
1/4 poundroom temperature unsalted butter

Beat room temperature butter with brown sugar and vanilla extra.

Beat in egg. Then add flour and cookie mix. Once incorporated add chips.

Chill mixture 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Take 1/3 cup scoops of cookie dough and roll into a ball. Place balls on a baking tray about 1/2 apart. Lightly press top of each cookie down.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Just until cookies are a very light brown.
