Ingredients

45 minutes
2 peoples
  1. 1 poundspaghetti
  2. 1/2res onion
  3. 1/2 cupgreen olive with pepper
  4. 1small red pepper
  5. 1small orange pepper
  6. 1/2Cubanella pepper
  7. 1/2 tspmash garlic
  8. Oil
  9. 1/2 cuptomato sauce
  10. 1tomate
  11. 1/2 tspground oregano
  12. Sal and pepper to taste
  13. 1/2maggi paste

Cooking Instructions

    In a boiling water add little oil and salt then add the spaghettis and cook as cooking directions on the box.

    Cut all the vegetables in small pieces and mash the garlic.

  3. 3

    In a pan with the oil hot add the mash garlic and cook until turning little dark then add the onion and cook until turning transparent.

    Add the rest of the vegetales and ingredients cook for about 3 minutes.

    Add the spaghetti’s and mix well until the sauce is adhered to the pasta and cook in low heat for about 3-4 minutes.

    Serve in your favorite dish add parmesan cheese on the top and accompany with your favorite side (could be bread, rice, tostones, tortilla etc)
