Ingredients

3 to 4 days

  • 2 litrefilter water
  • 1 tbspRai dana crushed
  • 1 tbspkali sarso dana crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • Lal mirch powder according to you
  • 1 tspHing

Steps

3 to 4 days
  1. 1

    Take a filter water in glass jar add cursed rai dana,crushed sarso dana turmeric powder, lal mirch powder hing. Salt add when you serve.

    Take a jar and cover with cotton cloth and rest 2 to 3 days in dry place. After three days kanji is ready to serve with homemade vada.
