I made this because its my favorite and i dont want to spend 4000 in buying BBQ at eatery. I made it and it came out yummy than the ones i buy because mine was rich and juicy

I made this because its my favorite and i dont want to spend 4000 in buying BBQ at eatery. I made it and it came out yummy than the ones i buy because mine was rich and juicy
Cooking Instructions

Use lemon to remove the slimy things from the fish

Put the other ingredients in a blender and add two cooking spoonsof groundnut oil and blend to roughly smooth texture

Give the fish some partings all over its body and make sure u remove the intestines etc.

On a baking tray place your foil then place your fish on it

Rub lemon juice all over the fish make sure it enters into the fish

Rub salt all over it as well

Rub your marinade on the fish (be generous with it so that it would come out tasty and yummy) make sure it goes into the fish

Then seal it and put on a baking tray then transfer to your preheated oven and grill for 15-20 mins

Fry your yam or plantain

Make your pepper sauce

Heat your oil, add onions and fry for two mins then add the remaining pepper mix (marinade) and keep frying. You can add more onions if u want the sauce to be crunchy

After twenty mins take out your fish and serve on a platter with your mixed salad

Enjoy with chilled drink
