Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 cupsunflower oil
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1/2 cupcocoa powder
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  7. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  8. 1egg
  9. 2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
  10. For the glaze:
  11. 4 1/2 ozmilk chocolate (about 125 grams)
  12. 5 tablespoonssunflower oil
  13. 5 tablespoonswater

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, mix the sugar and sunflower oil. Add the milk, egg, and vanilla extract, and continue mixing.

    Then add the baking powder, baking soda, and flour. Finally, add the cocoa powder and mix well.

    Butter a 28 cm (11-inch) pan, pour in the mixture, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes!
