Clementine rose

During the winter season I love clementine. They easy to peel and have no seeds. The segments can be eaten on their own or dipped in melted chocolate. The zest can be candied or used to flavour recipes.
Here I sliced in half the segments and arranged them in a rose pattern; topped with a maraschino cherry. Rose leaves are used for the leaves. Yes, rose leaves. One of my rose bushes still have some green leaves which I utilized here.
