Ingredients

  1. 500 gCHOCOLATE BRICK
  2. 25 gRICE PUFFS
  3. 25 gOATS
  4. 25 gRAGI FLAKES
  5. 25 gJOWAR FLAKES
  6. 25 gALMONDS (CHOPPED)
  7. Butter paper

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes

    In a Double Boiler, melt the chocolate brick. Stir it continuously.

    Add Rice puffs, Oats, Jowar Flakes, Ragi Flakes and almonds to melted chocolate in a separate bowl. Mix well

  3. 3

    Take a flat plate /tray. Line it with butter paper. Spread the above mixture on the butter
    paper evenly in a suitable thickness.

    Refrigerate it for 30-40 minutes.

  5. 5

    Cut them into desired shape. It can be packaged with suitable packaging material.

  6. 6

    Good to be consumed during hunger pangs and low energy phases.
