Ingredients

  1. 60 gramsbutter
  2. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  3. 10 tablespoonsflour
  4. 600 millilitersmilk
  5. 4 tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese
  6. 1/2 teaspoonground nutmeg
  7. 2 teaspoonsKosher salt
  8. Ground white pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low medium temperature. Add garlic and cook for two minutes. Do not let the garlic brown.

    Add flour and beat vigorously to integrate it.

    Slowly pour milk while stirring constantly over low medium temperature until it reaches a thick consistency.

    Remove from heat. Add Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix.
