Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 4 CupsWater
  2. 2 CupsDiced Carrot
  3. Organic Med Size Lemon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grate zest from lemon,cut lemon open,extract juice,set aside

  2. 2

    Now,add water, carrot,1tsp zest to a blender,blend till smooth 1-2mins

  3. 3

    Strain,add lemon juice to carrot juice,mix well

  4. 4

    Transfer to drinking glasses

  5. 5

    Stay healthy ❤️

  6. 6

    Note,I kept the residual (not chaff)🤣for food in my next post
