  1. 1 packetHong Kong-style hot and sour soup mix
  2. 1egg (beaten)
  3. 1 tablespoonchopped green onions
  4. 1 tablespoonshredded carrot
  5. 1/2 blocktofu (diced)

Cooking Instructions

    Bring water to a boil, then reduce to low heat. Add the hot and sour soup mix and stir well.

    Add the tofu, carrot, and green onions to the soup and bring to a boil.
