1 packetHong Kong-style hot and sour soup mix
1egg (beaten)
1 tablespoonchopped green onions
1 tablespoonshredded carrot
1/2 blocktofu (diced)

Steps

Bring water to a boil, then reduce to low heat. Add the hot and sour soup mix and stir well.

Add the tofu, carrot, and green onions to the soup and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the beaten egg and stir gently. Turn off the heat and let it sit for a moment.
