Ingredients

Serves 3 to 4 servings
  1. 1 headcauliflower
  2. 2/3 cup (150 ml)●grain vinegar
  3. 3-4 tablespoons●sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon●salt
  5. 1●dried red chili pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the cauliflower into small florets, boil until firm, and drain. Remove seeds from the dried red chili pepper and slice into rings.

    In a freezer bag or similar, combine the ingredients marked with ● and mix well. Add the cauliflower from step 1, remove the air, and let it sit for a while.
