Cooking Instructions

Cut the cauliflower into small florets, boil until firm, and drain. Remove seeds from the dried red chili pepper and slice into rings.

In a freezer bag or similar, combine the ingredients marked with ● and mix well. Add the cauliflower from step 1, remove the air, and let it sit for a while.

It will be ready to eat in about an hour.
