It's the season of cauliflower.
I wanted a refreshing taste, so I pickled them.

You could try with cucumbers, cabbages, or also bell peppers.
For Step 2: It's fine if you package the cauliflower while it's still hot. Using a straw will make removing the air a lot easier. For 3-4 portions. Recipe by happy sky

Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchCauliflower
  2. 150 ml●Grain vinegar
  3. 3to 4 tablespoons ●Sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp●Salt
  5. 1Red chili pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the cauliflower apart into small clusters and boil lightly. Remove the seeds from the red chili peppers and slice.

    Put the ingredients of ● into a plastic freezer bag and mix well. Add the cauliflower of Step1 and press the air out, close tightly and leave it.

  3. 3

    Enjoy after an 1 hour.
