Ingredients

Serves about 3 servings
  1. 1carrot (peeled, about 200 grams)
  2. 2boiled eggs
  3. 2 teaspoonsgrainy mustard
  4. 3 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  5. 2 teaspoonslemon juice
  6. Salt and pepper, to taste
  7. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  8. Optional: Black pepper and parsley for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Use 1 carrot and 2 hard-boiled eggs.

    Peel the carrot, rinse it with water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until soft.

    In a bowl, combine all the ingredients marked with ❖.

    Mix well until the dressing is thick and creamy.

    Cut the softened carrot into 1 cm half-moon slices.
    Cut the boiled eggs into 8 pieces each.
