Cooking Instructions

Use 1 carrot and 2 hard-boiled eggs.

Peel the carrot, rinse it with water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until soft.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients marked with ❖.

Mix well until the dressing is thick and creamy.

Cut the softened carrot into 1 cm half-moon slices.
Cut the boiled eggs into 8 pieces each. - 6
Add the carrot and boiled eggs to the bowl and mix well.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper and parsley if desired.
