Ingredients

Serves 6 servings
  1. 6eggs
  2. 1/2 cupsoy sauce (about 100ml)
  3. 1/2 cupwater (about 100ml)
  4. 3 tablespoonssugar (about 27g)
  5. 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  6. 1 tablespoonsesame seeds
  7. 1/2 stalkgreen onion (finely chopped, about 50g)
  8. 1 1/4 inchesgarlic paste
  9. Red chili pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the eggs.
