Chilled Pineapple Coconut Milk Cocktail (Light Version)

Many years ago, during a trip to Spain, I fell in love with a tropical cocktail called Piña Colada. It's addictive because it's refreshing, sweet, and easy to drink! Fortunately, a kind bartender introduced me to this lighter version. It uses unsweetened coconut milk, which can be used in drinks or desserts, instead of the usual high-fat, sugary cream of coconut. This reduces the calories significantly, making it a more guilt-free indulgence. Here's the recipe he gave me.
Tips
You can adjust the ratio of rum, pineapple juice, and coconut milk to your liking. However, since rum is a strong spirit, don't overdo it. Malibu has an alcohol content of 21%, while white rum is over 35%. As with any alcoholic beverage, one or two glasses are ideal.

Add half a cup of crushed ice to the shaker, then measure and pour in 1 part white rum, 1 part Malibu, 4 parts pineapple juice, and 2 parts coconut milk.
