Ingredients

  1. 2 ozcorned beef
  2. 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
  3. Plenty of shredded cabbage
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Slightly less than 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
  6. Black pepper to taste
  7. Whole grain mustard to taste
  8. 2 slicessandwich bread (thinly sliced)

Cooking Instructions

    Sprinkle salt on the shredded cabbage and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
    A small pinch is enough.
    (Use about 3 oz of cabbage)

    If you use too much salt, it will release too much moisture, and the saltiness of the corned beef will make it taste too salty as you eat.
    Use this corned beef.
