Ingredients

  6. 1/4 cupwashed bulgur
  7. Juice of 3 lemons
  8. 1/4 cupolive oil
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. Red chili pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the parsley and chop it as finely as possible.

    Dice the tomatoes into very small cubes (you can reduce the amount of tomatoes, but I like a lot).

    Dice the onion into very small cubes, add black pepper and red chili pepper, and mix a little.
