Steps

Wash the vegetables thoroughly with vinegar and salt to disinfect, then drain well.

Finely chop the parsley, mint, green onions, and tomatoes.

Serve the tabbouleh in a glass bowl and garnish with romaine lettuce and lemon.

Squeeze the juice of 3 lemons and add olive oil to taste, salt, and a sprinkle of fine bulgur.
