  • 2 bunchesparsley
  • 2green onions, finely chopped
  • 3tomatoes, finely chopped
  • leavesFinely chopped mint
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoonsfine bulgur

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the parsley, dry it well, and chop it finely.

  2. 2

    Finely chop the tomatoes and mix them with the fine bulgur.

  3. 3

    Add the chopped tomatoes, mint, and green onions to the parsley.

  4. 4

    Add olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to taste, then mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve with lettuce. Enjoy!
