Cooking Instructions

Wash the chicken marinate the chicken with Turmeric powder and salt.keep the pot on the medium flame add oil crackle the jeera and onion,fry the onion golden brown,now add the chicken and stir thoroughly.keep the lid on chicken cook it for 7 to 8 min in between stir thoroughly.on other side warm the garam masala in kadai.cool it and make a paste,also grind onion and tomato make a fine paste

Warm the dry coconut cool it. and make paste in the grinder add coriander.In the chicken add warm water(nearly 1 litre) cook for 5 min.when chicken is cooked off the flame of gas.,remove the cooked chicken in a plate.

Parallely, keep kadai,add oil crackle jeera,add half paste of garam masala,dry coconut,and onion tomato paste add 6 tbsp of Kanda lasun chatani toss it.cook for 3 to 4 min oil will separate from masala add this masala in the chicken stock add salt and cook for another 5 min. chicken curry is ready

Kolhapuri tambda rassa is ready.Now in the same kadai add oil crackle the jeera now add remaining paste of garam masala onion and tomato paste,dry coconut paste add 2 tbsp of Kanda lasun chatani,toss it now add cooked chicken pieces add coriander cook this sukha chicken for 5 min
