I came up with this when I received a bottle of "Cielo" brand extra virgin olive oil as a present. I tried substituting olive oil for butter, and used salt and pepper as an accent.Adjust the amount of salt to taste when making the garlic oil in Step 1. Since I used salt by the mill, the amount is approximate. It tastes better on the salty side. If you make more than 2 slices, just repeat Steps 1 & 2. Toast the tops well. Recipe by rie-tin
