Ingredients

  1. 150 gBoiled beetroot
  2. 1persimmon
  3. 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  4. salt and pepper
  5. 20 gwalnuts
  6. 20 gdried cranberries
  7. 1 teaspoonParsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dice the beetroot and persimmon.

  2. 2

    Boil the potatoes until soft, mash them and mix with mayonnaise to make a creamy consistency.

  3. 3

    Mix ① and ② together and season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Place on a plate and garnish with walnuts, cranberries and parsley.
