Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFlour
  2. 1 tspYeast
  3. 1 TbspSugar
  4. 1 Cupmixed Shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cabbage, carrots
  5. 1/4Water
  6. Beef steak
  7. 1/3 cuppowder groundnut biscuit (kuli-kuli)

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, sieve in your flour and the remaining dry ingredients and mix.

    Using a whisk, gradually add water and mix till you have a bit watery batter.

  3. 3

    Cover your bowl tight, Set aside for 30min and allow to rise.

    On a low heat, using a non stick pan, pour in your batter and fry.

  5. 5

    After frying, allow to cool before garnishing your gurasa with the groceries and steak, after which you sprinkler top the powder kuli-kuli
