I was craving for gurasa and tsire and then boom 💥 I went to the kitchen to make it for iftar
Cooking Instructions

Slice the beef into chunks assembled them in bamboo skewers and line them in an oven tray

Grind the kulikuli with, dried pepper seasonings and spices
- 3
Spread oil all over the meat and be spreading kuli kuli till well cooperated both sides

Grill for some minutes by flipping both sides

For the gurasa in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients flour, sugar, yeast, salt and warm water mix and cover the dough to rise for 40mins

Spread a baking sheet in your baking tray and scoop the dough with your hands make round in the tray then bake for 20 mins

When it’s done cut the gurasa and tsire into chunks, add sliced veggies, kuli kuli and fried oil the serve to your satisfaction 🤩😋🙌
