Ingredients

  1. 3 slicesbacon
  2. Halfa head of cabbage
  3. 1zucchini
  4. 1onion
  5. 1tomato
  6. Salt and pepper

    Slice bacon into bite size pieces. Clean cutting board or use a separate one and Cut cabbage into 1 inch pieces, dice zucchini, cut onion into small chunks and slice tomato into pieces. What matters is that the veggies all be sort of similar size.

    Turn on heat on stove and set pan and saute bacon pieces on medium to medium low heat until crispy. Stirring occasionally so they cook evenly.

    Add onions and sauté until translucent. A few minutes.

    Add zucchini and cabbage and sauté until slightly browned

    Add tomato and cook for a few minutes.

    Add salt and pepper. Stir around and add half a cup of water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until water evaporates if you like a drier end product.

    Let cool and serve. Add salt and pepper to taste if needed
