  1. 5carrots
  2. 2 slicesPineapple
  3. Ginger
  4. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dice up carrot, ginger and pineapple without the skins and rinse in clean water

  2. 2

    Add all to your blender, add the water and blend till smooth

  3. 3

    Pour blended mix into a mesh strainer and seive out juice

  4. 4

    Store on an airtight container in the fridge and serve chilled 😋
