Ijjeh adalah makanan tradisional ala Pal*estina, yang biasanya disajikan saat sarapan. Telur dimix dengan bombay, parsley (aku pakai seledri), lada, garam, kadang tomat atau bumbu herbal lain. Lalu goreng, mirip telur dadar ala Indonesia ya... Cinta dan doaku selalu buat Pal*estina.

Ijjeh is a traditional Palestinian dish that resembles an omelette. It's made by mixing chopped onions, parsley (I substituted it with Indonesian celery), and sometimes tomatoes with eggs, then frying the mixture until it's cooked through. It's often seasoned with salt, pepper, and other spices according to personal taste. Ijjeh is typically served as a breakfast or brunch dish and can be enjoyed with bread, salads, or other accompaniments. My love and prayers to Pal*estinians.

2-4 porsi
  1. 4telur ayam
  2. 1bombay ukuran kecil
  3. 1/4 cupparsley (saya ganti seledri)
  4. 1/4 cupsusu (saya skip)
  5. 1/3 cupterigu (saya skip)
  6. Secukupnyagaram
  7. Secukupnyalada bubuk
  8. Secukupnyaolive oil /minyak goreng

Cara Membuat

    Cuci bersih seledri. Iris-iris kecil.

    Iris-iris juga bombay.

    Campur telur, bombay, seledri, garam dan lada bubuk.

  3. 3

    Panaskan minyak di wajan. Ambil satu-dua centong sayur adonan telur, dan buat dadar. Balik saat bagian bawah matang. Setelah kedua sisi matang, angkat.

    Lakukan sampai adonan habis (saya jadi empat aja).

    Siap dihidangkan..
