Ingredients

  1. 1 cupghee residue
  2. 5 tbspsugar
  3. 1/2 bowlmilk
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. 1 pinchsaffron dissolves
  6. 2 cup cake mold

Cooking Instructions

    In a non-stick pan add sugar and milk residu. Turn on the stove to slow heat. Stir continuously

    Turn off the stove when it turns a little brown.

  3. 3

    Mix cardamom powder & dissolves saffron in it & now fill it in a cupcake mold.

  4. 4

    Unmold the contents into a serving dish. Your "Kitu Thabdi" is now ready to serve.
