Ugali, sukuma wiki & wet-fried omena

Cooking Instructions

Heat cooking fat/oil until hot

Chop 2 onions into the hot cooking oil and stir until golden brown

Chop the tomatoes into the cooked onions

Add salt and royco
- 5
Mix the onion-tomato puree

Add the deep fried omena and stir until uniform
- 7
Cover the mix and let it cook for five minutes under very little heat

Heat another sufuria of oil

Add the washed/steamed sukuma wiki

Add salt and a little royco to flavor.

Steam for 2-3 minutes

For the ugali, boil 1 litre of water

Add 200 g of unga and stir
- 14
Mold the unga until forms a soft tasty ugali

Serve the hot ugali with the sukuma wiki and wet fried omena.

Enjoy. Serves 3, depending on where you come from😂
