Ugali sukuma with fried fish

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 100 gsukuma wiki
  2. 1large onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. Cooking oil
  5. 1large fish
  6. Garlic
  7. Fresh ginger
  8. Salt
  9. Maize meal flour

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate fish

    Boil water

  3. 3

    Add flour to make porridge consistency

  4. 4

    Let it boil over 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Add flour little by little as you stir till ugali is ready

  6. 6

    Fry onions until golden brown then add tomatoes cover till tomatoes are cooked add salt to taste then add the sukumawiki until it is cooked

  7. 7

    Put oil in a frying pan. Leave it to heat then put in the marinated fish fry until golden brown then turn them on the other side until golden brown.

    Serve while still hot
