Wash clean the sukuma wiki and allow water to drain

Finely shred the sukuma wiki

In a well heated pan, saute the onions and add in the ginger garlic paste.cover and let cook for a minute

Add in the sukuma wiki litlle by little while mixing until the oil is well spread

Add in some salt and cover for a minute.

Remove from heat and serve
