Ingredients

  1. 1/4medium cabbage
  2. 1large onion
  3. 2 tablespooncooking oil
  4. Halfteaspoon pepper
  5. Halfteaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut the cabbage into small size

    Chopped the onions in small portions

  3. 3

    Heat a cooking pan with oil

  4. 4

    Mix the onions together with cabbage

  5. 5

    Sprinkle salt on the mixture

  6. 6

    Add pepper in mixture

  7. 7

    Add in the cabbage mix in the cooking oil then fry for 1 or 2 minutes.

  8. 8

    Serve with other accompaniment like ugali and fried eggs.
