Prepare your ugali. Boil 1 cup water, add the flour gradually, and make thick paste. Ensure all the flour is well dissolved. Simmer but keep stirring, after 10 minutes, it should be ready.

Fry the some part onion with very little oil. Don't let it to dark brown, just a bit, add the pre-washed cabbage and Salt, stir. Do not cover, cook the only 5 minutes.

Fry the reminder of the onions on a shallow pan, add garlic and brown them nicely. Add the tomatoes, Hoho and cook over low Heat for 5 min. Add the beated eggs, salt and pepper as you continuous stir, until eggs looks scrambled. 3 more minutes and your eggs are ready.

Serve hot with the ugali, and steamed cabbage as show in the photo above.
