Jollof rice with boiled rice egg

Cooking Instructions

First of all you start by washing your pepper and tomato and onions then you blend them

Thereafter you get a clean pot and put on fire then you add water and pour rice and allow to parboiled for 8minutes

After the rice has been parboiled you drop it down from fire and wash with a filter and then you put the empty pot on fire

Add ur vegetable oil and allow to hot as soon as the oil is hot you pour your blended pepper and tomato and onions then you stir it for 3 minute then you add your blended crayfish and stir after a minute you add a cup water and add your royco seasoning and salt

Thereafter you cover the pot and allow to boil so that the ingredients can mix properly after that you pour your parboiled rice and cover the pot pot as soon as the water is dried up completely your jollof rice is ready

Then you garnish your jollof rice and serve with the boil eggs
