Beef Stew Beef Stew
It’s funny... I made some chili last week. As I was thinking in my head, “What the hell goes in chili”? I started saying, “Wait, no. This is sounding like a beef stew”. So... I decided to make a beef stew now. It’s cold now and these dishes warm the soul. I never appreciated beef stew when I was younger. But I realize how fine of a dish it is in my older age haha. Karl -

Greek Beef Stew with Homemade Noodles (Moscharaki Kokkinisto me Xylopittes) Greek Beef Stew with Homemade Noodles (Moscharaki Kokkinisto me Xylopittes)
Since the seasons have disappeared, we don’t see fall, winter, summer or spring. In one day you can actually see all the seasons for example this morning it was raining and then we had a hale storm and now it sunny and quite nice 🙂 no snow yet but I did see in the weather forecast something about a snowstorm coming our way Thursday or Friday.I started this post a couple of months ago, well I had just written the title and never got back to it but today was going to be the day that I made this delicious stew along with the homemade noodles. If you really like to make your own noodles I will post the recipe at a later date for anyone that would like to try it. Comfort food for the heart and soul a delicious dish with potatoes, carrots, and a bit of white wine. 🙂 Foodzesty -

Beef Stew in the Slow Cooker Beef Stew in the Slow Cooker
My slow cooker has saved me many times, especially with dishes that usually take a long time to cook. You put the food in at night, and the next morning it's ready without any worries.Of course, there are some secrets. For example, it needs a bit more spices to really taste them. But the food turns out perfectly tender.I made beef stew, and here is the recipe I followed. SitronellaTranslated from Cookpad Greece -
Low Carb Slowcooker Beef Stew Low Carb Slowcooker Beef Stew
This beef stew turned out so good. Usually I serve it with rice or potatoes but I opted for a low carb choice.... Mashed cauliflower. This was a first for me and it was pretty good. Although I admit potatoes do taste better but I will do this again. It was comforting, flavorful, and very filling. Also instead of thickening the gravy with flour or cornstarch I scooped out some of the broth and veggies and blended them with my immersion blender. Then I added back in to the stew. Cooking with Kimberly Wood -
Instant Pot Beef Stew Instant Pot Beef Stew
Mina loves beef stew in the winter because it makes her think of her native chorba. I love Mina all the time because she is the love of my life. This is the simplest version of an instant pot beef stew I could come up with. Honestly the hominy is the only “interesting” part. But this dish isn’t trying to be interesting. It is trying to be warm, filling, and easy to cook.¡Buen Provecho!SK Scott Kane -
