Ingredients

  1. 5ripe banana
  2. 3red apple
  3. 1/2 cupgroundnut

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash apple and cut in pieces.

  2. 2

    Peel banana and cut in pieces.

  3. 3

    Put all in blender and add the groundnut.add small amount of water and blend.your smoothie is ready.
